gracher has announced an important step in its ongoing development: Carl E. Hoestermann has been appointed Chairman of the newly established Advisory Board, effective 1 March 2026. In this role, he will continue to support the company’s strategic developments and contribute his extensive international experience, following his successful 7 year tenure as Managing Director.
The creation of the Advisory Board marks a further milestone in strengthening gracher’s governance structure and long-term positioning. At the same time, Jörg Bosch will assume additional executive responsibilities, ensuring continuity in the company’s operational leadership.
